  • The product must not fall under non-returnable items (listed below)

We reserve the right to reject any return if the product does not meet these conditions after inspection.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or special discount offers

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Once these items are delivered successfully, they cannot be returned or refunded.


4. Reasons Eligible for Return

You can request a return under the following circumstances:

a) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

b) Damaged or Defective Product

If the product is damaged, torn, stained, or defective upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours along with unboxing images or videos.

c) Size or Fit Issues

We allow returns for size-related issues, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

d) Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, contact us immediately with order details.


5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • In most serviceable areas, we provide reverse pickup

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product)

We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.


7. Product Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned item:

  • Our quality control team will inspect the product

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3–5 business days

  • If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to the customer

SmartifyStore.in reserves the final decision on all return approvals.


8. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection of the returned product.

a) Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customers must provide correct bank details

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days


9. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color issues (subject to availability).

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead


10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products returned with missing accessories or tags

  • Items showing signs of use
